MALIBU, Jackson-Village & FttF Fan Campaign

Hey fans! This August will be the big day ? Michael will be turning 50!

This fan campaign is all about letting Michael know what role he has played in all our lives, what he means to us and what he has given us through his work over all the years. This is the chance for each and every one of you to give back a little bit of all that.

Send us your personal gift voucher as a thank you to Michael! We will make all of the vouchers that you send into a voucher book. If you?re wondering what these vouchers might look like, we have attached a few examples below.(original size: A5).

On this special page you can also get some voucher templates to download and print. Your personal voucher for Michael consists of 4 parts:

1. Personal Profile:
   The first part is a sort of profile in which you can introduce yourself with a few words about yourself and a photo.
   

   ---

2. Voucher Content:
   The second part (the actual voucher) gives you the chance to offer Michael a personal wish that you could, in theory, actually fulfill.
   
   These could be profound things (for example: 'spending a day as an "every-day" man') or funny things (for example: 'scrubbing your limo' or 'a meal at your favorite italian place').
   
   Whatever you choose ? please keep in mind: you must be able to fulfill it (at least in theory) and Michael should be able to redeem it (again, at least in theory)!

3. Because of you...:
   In the third part we want to show Michael what his artistry means to each and every one of us. The reason why we?re fans, so to speak.
   
   Please complete the given sentence: 'Because of you...'
   Make sure you stick with just the one sentence. It could, for example, be something like 'Because of you?I started dancing.'

4. Date and Signature:
   The 4th and last part is for your signature (handwritten, please!). Please make sure to also put the right date next to your signature ? 08/29/2008!

In order to take part in the campaign you need a computer with an internet connection (in order to download the voucher templates), a working printer, a photo of you and a few good ideas. ;-)

Please send your personal voucher for Michael -no later than August 10, 2008- to the MALIBU Fan Club address:

Should you send your voucher by post from everywhere else than Germany, please make sure that you inform us via e-mail about that. Additionally, fans from everywhere else than Germany also have the opportunity to send in their vouchers via e-mail.

All of the vouchers that will be collected by MALIBU, JacksonVillage and FttF will be made into a voucher book for Michael. The book will of course have a pretty front and back cover!

We?re sure Michael will be happy about this special gift and may possibly even smile to himself about some of the vouchers. So please be creative!

Our idol turns 50 only once ? so let?s give Michael our best wishes and our gratitude. He causes all kinds of different emotions in all of us; with this campaign we have the chance to give back at least a little of what he has given us over the years.
